- A committee or a team will be composed of a variety of different individuals who share certain goals. However, as you know all too well, there may be a number of intimidating challenges to influencing groups of people round a table. Some will have well reasoned objections, and some will have emotional issues with your proposals. Some will be senior to you in the organisation, and some will have opposing agendas.
- I will train you to convey your message with enthusiasm,
and at the same time listen carefully to your audience's point of view, concerns or objections.
- I will help you to dignify your audience by genuinely listening to them, and at the same time to stay in control and structure your responses.
- I will also help you with the physical skills needed to stay in touch with your listeners while presenting your information, whether that is from notes or any form of visual aids.
